Ordering Information
Our quilts are custom designed and made-to-order for each customer. The time from when we receive your deposit until when your quilt is finished will vary. If you need your quilt by a certain date, please specify on your order form.
Order Form:
To order your quilt, follow the 4 easy steps below. Our ordering process allows you to order your quilt on line. After placing the order you will be directed to a project profile where you will tell us the details and preferences for your quilt. Please read our order policies before placing your order.

Policies
Returns:
We hope that by working closely with you, your quilt is designed and constructed to your satisfaction. There are no refunds or returns on custom quilts. We will be happy to make repairs within 30 days of receipt by client.
Payment:
A deposit of 50% is due upon order. We accept checks through the mail or you may pay securely on line with Paypal. Your confirmation email will include instructions for completing the deposit payment.
The Anniversary packets are purchased before the quilt is started and must be paid for in full before shipping. The deposit on the Anniversary quilt is not due until you send your materials to us.
Shipping:
Quilts: All orders are shipped by UPS Ground for a flat fee of $20. If you need another method, please contact us to arrange it.
Anniversary packets: Are shipped either by USPS Mail or UPS Ground depending on the weight. Shipping is included in the price of this item.
Sales Tax:
Wisconsin residents must pay applicable sales tax.
A photo of your quilt may be used by Celebration Quilters on our website or for promotional purposes.
