The Process

Anniversay quilts and any other quilt where you wish to have others contribute squares:

1. Place order on line - Order packets to send to family and friends. The order form allows you to order packets and to give us your address and shippping info, your payment preference and the type and size of quilt you would like.
2. Pay for packets - Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email with instructiions on paying for your packets.
3. Distribute and gather packets - You gather everyone's contribution to the quilt.
4. Complete profile form - The profile form is where you tell us the specifics of your quilt including color preferences and information about the occassion and person receiving the quilt.
5. Send in deposit and materials - Your deposit can either be made through Paypal on line or you may send your check in through the mail. Instructions for this are provided in your confirmation email.
6. Once you have sent in your materials and deposit, work will begin on your quilt. We will give you an estimate of your finish date at this time.

All other quilts:

1. Place order on line - The order form allows you to give us your address and shippping info, your payment preference and the type and size of quilt you would like.Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email with a link to the profile form, and instructions on sending in your materials and deposit.
2. Complete profile form - The profile form is where you tell us the specifics of your quilt including color preferences and information about the occassion and person receiving the quilt.
3. Send in deposit and materials - Your deposit can either be made through Paypal on line or you may send your check in through the mail. If you have chosen a quilt that includes fabric, photos or squares you are supplying, mail these in with a copy of your order.
4. Once you have sent in your materials and deposit, work will begin on your quilt. We will give you an estimate of your finish date at this time.

Policies

Returns:
We hope that by working closely with you, your quilt is designed and constructed to your satisfaction. There are no refunds or returns on custom quilts. We will be happy to make repairs within 30 days of receipt by client.

Payment:
A deposit of 50% is due upon order. We accept checks through the mail or you may pay securely on line with Paypal. Your confirmation email will include instructions for completing the deposit payment.

The Anniversary packets are purchased before the quilt is started and must be paid for in full before shipping. The deposit on the Anniversary quilt is not due until you send your materials to us.

Shipping:
Quilts: All orders are shipped by UPS Ground for a flat fee of $20. If you need another method, please contact us to arrange it.
Anniversary packets: Are shipped either by USPS Mail or UPS Ground depending on the weight. Shipping is included in the price of this item.

Sales Tax:
Wisconsin residents must pay applicable sales tax.
