Memorial Quilt Instructions

1. Place order on line - The order form allows you to give us your address and shippping info, your payment preference and the type and size of quilt you would like.Upon submitting your order, you will receive an email with instructions on sending in your materials and deposit.
2. Your deposit can either be made through Paypal on line or you may send your check in through the mail. Mail your materials in with a copy of your order.
3. Once you have sent in your materials and deposit, we will contact you to discuss details and work will begin on your quilt. We will give you and estimate of your finish date at this time.

What materials to send:

• Gather and send a variety of clothing. Any type of clothing is acceptable and useable in this quilt. You can specify which garments you want to be the main focus or centerpiece of the quilt or you can allow our designer to create a unique look.
• Clean all clothing before sending. If you will be sending mainly woolens which you dry clean, the finished quilt will also need to be dry cleaned.
